How To Request Deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include:

• Your full name
• The email address or account identifier connected to the request
• The product, form, platform, or connector app the request relates to
• A short description of the information you want deleted

What We Will Delete

Where applicable and legally permitted, Surfing Monkey will delete or anonymize:

• Brochure or deck request details, including first name, last name, and email address
• CRM or email records associated with the request
• Internal tool records connected to the request
• Connector app data stored by Surfing Monkey systems, where deletion is technically available

Meta and Platform Data

If your request relates to data accessed through Meta, Codex, MCP connectors, or another platform integration, we will delete data stored in Surfing Monkey-controlled systems where reasonably possible.

Some information may remain on the original platform, such as Meta, Google, HubSpot, or another third-party service. For those records, you may also need to use the platform's own privacy or account controls.

Verification and Timing

We may ask for additional information to verify that you are authorized to make the request. We aim to respond within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law or a longer period is reasonably necessary due to complexity.

Records We May Keep

We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, audit, fraud-prevention, platform compliance, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business continuity purposes.
